“In the past, most of my time at work was spent sitting in the office with poor posture, which led to developing a hunchback. Due to a lack of exercise and the habit of walking or taking breaks, I often felt eye fatigue and was easily tired.
After a year and a half of training, there have been significant changes in my diet and physique, and I am now satisfied with my body shape. My walking posture has also improved significantly, and my mental state has also improved.
Furthermore, I have become busier now. Because I need to consider my diet, prepare meals, reach a sufficient number of steps, and engage in fitness activities, I have become very busy.
When I started training, my overall muscle strength was relatively weak, and I could only do bodyweight exercises or use light dumbbells for training. When I first started going to the gym, I always needed someone to help me lift a barbell out of the rack, but now I can do all the gym settings on my own.
In terms of diet, I have also tried both bulking and cutting phases. During the cutting phase, my willpower was also put to the test.
When I started weight loss, HONEY suggested that I cook my meals, eat according to the nutritional ratios provided by HONEY, and reach a certain number of steps. At first, I didn't believe that walking would help with weight loss, so I didn't fully reach the step goals set by HONEY. However, with HONEY's constant reminders and encouragement, I started to try and incorporate dietary control, and eventually I slowly achieved results.
HONEY always leads by example, rather than just talking, which is essential for a coach. Additionally, whenever I have questions, HONEY is able to respond quickly (even receiving messages from HONEY around 5 am).
